When my daughter Bonnie was born I wanted to celebrate. I wanted to celebrate in a way that would be meaningful and lasting for her. I wrote these songs to honour her arrival, and to help relax her, to soothe and calm her, and to send her into blissful sleep.


"Sleeping has been played every night of Tiago’s life since I got it just after he was born. He is 5 now and it is our nightly bedtime routine. I even have it on my phone for when we go away. He is nearly always asleep by the end of the first song. I swear this CD was the biggest single help in getting a good night’s sleep during those difficult first years.
